Christchurch, New Zealand - Emerging talents will share the limelight with New Zealand rock legends at the sixth annual Go Live Festival in August.
Singer-songwriter CAITLIN (aka Caitlin Bradley) is making waves in the indie-rock scene with her sharp lyricism and infectious energy.
A rising live draw, CAITLIN has played headline shows across New Zealand, performed
at festivals including Nostalgia, Single Fin Mingle, and Tea Party, and the main stage at Electric Avenue 2026.Currently in the UK and Europe where she’s been for the past six weeks after finishing up her New Zealand tour, she says the trip has been hugely energising.
“It’s been an incredible opportunity to immerse myself in a different music scene and connect with people in the industry.
“I’ve been spending dedicated time working on my next creative project and collaborating with artists I love. I’ve also been to heaps of incredible gigs over here, which has been really inspiring.
“I’m looking forward to heading home to Ōtautahi shortly, playing Go Live Festival, and spending the second half of the year delving deeper into creative work, continuing to write and develop new music.”
CAITLIN will perform along with 12 other established and emerging artists at the Christchurch Town Hall on August 22, including this year’s Dig the Gig winner Kenring.
An alternative/heavy metal four-piece, Kenring’s dirty-rock sound is influenced by groups like Black Sabbath, Primus and Alice in Chains. They won Dig The Gig 2026 with a thrilling performance at A Rolling Stone last month.
Ticket holders will get also to hear one of the great New Zealand songs when reformed rock legends PLUTO perform their smash hit Long White Cross and fan favourite Dance Stamina from their double-platinum 2006 album Pipeline Under the Ocean.
“Having shared stages with the likes of Crowded House, Muse, The Dandy Warhols and Duran Duran, played SXSW twice and become one of Aotearoa’s defining rock bands, it’s super exciting to have them back together and performing at the festival,” says Christchurch City Council Events and Arts Manager Lucy Blackmore.
“Final tickets to Go Live are selling now. Last year’s festival sold out and with the amazing lineup we’ve got this year, make sure you don’t miss out!”
Go Live is at the Christchurch Town Hall 7pm-11pm on Saturday 22 August, with doors open from 6.30pm.
